why we do this - the internet works because people share

we use open source software and the open internet every day. both exist because many people give a little: code, time, bandwidth, servers. we have our own network and our own hardware in switzerland, so we give some of it back. the services on this page are free for everyone. you do not need an account. this page uses no cookies and no analytics.

what we run for everyone - with proof

• ▼Syncthing relays - help your devices sync when they cannot reach each other directly live

  Syncthing keeps files in sync between your own devices, without a cloud in the middle. Sometimes two devices cannot connect directly, for example behind a mobile network or a strict firewall. Then a relay passes the data along. The data is end-to-end encrypted: we carry it, but we cannot read it. Like every server, a relay sees which network addresses connect to it and how much data passes, not what the data is. We run two relays for the worldwide Syncthing community, free to use and with no speed limit for each connection.

  Open AI models are large files, and most downloads come from very few places. We are working on a public mirror of popular open models, so that anyone can download them without an account from an independent source. It is not open yet. When it is, you will find the proof here.

do not take our word for it: each live service has a link to an independent source that shows it. the live numbers come directly from relays.syncthing.net when you open an item.

all of this runs on our own hardware and our own network, AS57521, in switzerland. no big cloud is in the path.
